Please be sure to send detailed clear references if the commission has any intricate designs like (clothing, accessories and design patterns) or I’ll have to do the best I can with making them out from the reference provided.

❗ Payment must be half upfront before the sketch and the rest after the sketch review has been approved by the client so that the coloring process may begin. ❗

Payments are made through paypal.

Refunds are not accepted after the commission has been started/finished.

Refunds will only be given if I have not started on the commission.

If you would like to skip the waitlist you will have to pay an additional rush fee and that price may vary depending on the type of commission you chose. This will put your order to the top of the queue list.

Regular wait time mostly depends on your place in the queue.

Turnaround time is usually 1-3 days per queue. For a very detailed piece, it may take 7-14 days per queue. Vtuber models may take up to 1 - 3 months. The time may increase depending on the queue, your place within the queue, the complexity of the work and our communication.

Please keep in touch. If I send you a WIP and have not heard back within a week I will continue with the commission and move on to the coloring process. Any changes in the final work that are design-related will be charged an extra fee.

Please don't rush me. I will be sure to send you updates as soon as they are presentable!

If due to personal/technical reasons I cannot complete your commission in time, you'll be informed as soon as possible.

I retain all copyright to my art. The commissioner is allowed to repost and use the commissioned art, but credit MUST be given.

You have no rights to use commissioned works for your profit (merchandise or resale) without my permission. Please, reach out to me if you would like.

To use commissioned artworks commercially, you need to pay an extra 50% of the amount price of the commission for Commercial License.

You are allowed to alter/change the design in any way upon purchasing the adopt.

Please give credit to me as the original creator of the design of adopt.

If you intend to use the adopt for commercial use please discuss it with me because you will have to purchase the commercial rights.

You may resell the adopt after owning them for one month!

In the sketching stage you are allowed to request changes and edits without any charge.

If you approve of the sketch stage, I will then move forward with the coloring stage. Once you have approved any of the stages during the sketching phase I can no longer go back to the previous stage and make edits for free.

I will send you the fully colored piece. If there are any minor changes that need to be made for the hue, effects or color details I will happily do that for you.

Any major changes to the piece will be an additional fee during this stage.
